"Sales is a just numbers game". 🤔

But is it really? I did some business coaching with an Action Coach a few years ago to improve my business acumen and they gave me this '5 ways' matrix.

I never realised sales and growth of my agency could be so easy! 😬

In principle it's true. I have no doubt that out of many hundreds or thousands of leads you will find enough to keep your business going but if you want to sustainably scale for growth then you really need to keep improving on your conversations rather than just getting more leads.

As a strategic B2B brand design agency we don't just get involved in a rebrand - we are looking at all brand touch points. And one of those is usually sales.

To the many sales is "just a numbers game" but to the few they know sales is about engagement, good stories and arming your sales team with the right assets.

So yes - sales is just a numbers game - but only after you have brilliant brand tools in place to your really power up your efforts.

What do you think?
